ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Sam has worked in the insurance industry for several years and is experienced as an underwriter and wordings specialist across multiple lines of business including D&O and LEI. In his career to date he has worked for the likes of Allianz, AEGIS London and ARAG plc. He currently works as a D&O Underwriter with specialist MGA Omnyy LLP in Bristol

Sam holds both a master’s degree in Law, Business and Management (including Legal Practice Course) and an undergraduate degree in Law. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds a diploma in insurance (Dip CII). He is currently studying towards his advanced diploma.
